• All products are eligible for return except the Shampoo 3.75L size, which is non-returnable.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Store credit will be applied once the returned item is received and inspected.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Defective or Damaged Items
