Malbor Coatings does NOT provide refunds. Only Store Credit or Exchanges
If you’re not happy, we’re not happy! At malborcoatings.com, our main concern is to satisfy our customers with their order; our staff will do whatever we can do to make it better!
- Return packages must be received within 14 business days of the date your order shipped from us.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with tags attached.
- Use protective box or wrap with thick paper. Item(s) received unwrapped or without the original box will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Sign onto your account and fill out the Return section to obtain a Return Confirmation Number.
- Please print confirmation number as well as receipt and place forms inside package being returned.
- A Return Confirmation Number is required to return merchandise by mail.
- Items received without a Return Confirmation Number or outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be utilized for exchange or store credit.
- The returning merchandise should be received within 14 days from the time the RAM is issued. If merchandise is received after the 14 days’ customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Return shipping will not be refunded.
- Customer is responsible for covering shipping charge if product is being exchange.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package invoice.
- Malbor Coatings reserves the right to limit the number of returns.
- All purchases made with partial or full gift certificates are final sale.
- Any missing packages or damage items must be claim within 5 business days.

malborcoatings.com recommends that you send back your return with insurance. That way you are protected from the possibility of loss during shipping. Returns take approximately 7 business days to be processed once received. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
